西班牙泰事达公司始建于1963年，取名于一颗于同一年发射的人造通讯卫星。1964年生产出第一台工业型冻干机，从那时起的近40年中，泰事达已经生产出300于台工业型冻干机供应欧美及亚洲市场。并于1971年成立了主要用于医药行业的洁净厂房及层流设备的专业生产部门。由于公司多年从事与医药行业紧密相关的设备的研发与生产，对GMP要求及FDA认证过程有着更深层次的理解与认识，使得冻干机产品不断完善与改进。每一完善与改进都意味着与GMP和FDA的要求更加的吻合。目前，泰事达公司已经发展成为一家生产医药设备的专业厂家，其中近70％的产品供应医药行业，50％的产品主要用于出口。 

公司总部设在风景秀丽的巴塞罗纳城，并在中国、美国、阿根廷等许多国家设有办事处。公司对开拓中国市场非常重视，投入了大量的人力、物力开发了适合于中国用户使用的全中文操作软件，大大方便了用户操作。
