pIX1/2/3 Xi-Clone?含有有3种不同的类型（pIX、pIX2和pIX3），每种类型分别包含一种载体，可以快速构建质粒模板，实现体外的快速转录和翻译。该类优化的载体含有T7启动子，采用Xi-Clone定向克隆技术。
