经过员工多年的不懈努力，天隆公司成功开发了以荧时荧光定量PCR仪为代表的系列核酸诊断产品。其广泛应用各级医疗机构和临床实验室，如传染病学中病毒、细菌、支原体、衣原体等病原体检测；肿瘤性疾病中多种肿瘤标志核酸检测等。作为医疗仪器的一大门类，天隆公司还开发成功了先进的电脑控制激光治疗机、微波治疗仪、光谱治疗仪、阴道镜、肝病治疗仪等物理治疗系列产品。在正规化及市场化建设中，天隆公司获得了国家食品药品监督管理局（SFDA）核发的医疗器械生产及经营许可证（陕药管械生产许（2002）第3171号、陕药管械经营许20010073号），已申请或获准国家发明专利三项，实用新型和外观设计专利多项，同时通过了SFDA质量体系认证，多个产品获得了SFDA核发的产品注册证并拥有自主知识产权，成为一、二、三类医疗机械的合法生产者和经营者。并且06年主持了西安市重大技术创新项目和高技术产业化示范工程。

天隆公司利用其研发实力，03年承担了国家科技攻关项目“公共场所特定病毒（如SARS）快速采样及定量分析评估系统”（项目编号：KS200303）的研究，并获得了资助。实时荧光定量PCR系统04年获得了国家重点新产品证书（项目编号2004ED851018）。04年具有自主知识产权的产品项目“柔性照明低误差芯片阅读仪”获得了国家科技部财政部科技型企业技术创新基金无偿资助（批准文号：国科发计字[2004]460号）。05年7月公司被评为高新技术认证企业。

Xi’an Tianlong Science and Technology CO., Ltd., located in the national high-tech development zone, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of the biochemical and medical treatment apparatus, and in the management and distribution of the medical instruments and the diagnostic reagent used in vitro.
In order to ensure the development of Tianlong, we attach much importance to the technical innovation and the talent development. The delegates of our company attended the AACC (American Association for Clinical Chemistry), MEDICA(in Germany), and the Congress on Medicine German and Chinese. In order to introduce the high-tech science, the apparatus and the management experiences, we have built the close cooperation relationships with SIEMENS, Xi’an Jiaotong University, the Fourth Military Medical University, the Northern Campus of Guangzhou, Sun Yat-sen University, and Chinese Academy of Sciences in wide fields.
With great efforts to develop new biotechnology systems for several years, we can offer the new types of the assay system and diagnostic reagent, such as the immunofluorescent test, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the biochip read-out Modality Applications. There are genic and nucleic acid test methods to diagnose infectious disease, such as, hepatitis, venereal disease, tuberculosis, AIDS and so on. As a medical apparatus and instruments company, we have developed many high-tech physiotherapy apparatus, such as the Laser instrument for treatment controlled by computer, the microwave therapy apparatus, the spectrographic therapy apparatus, the colposcope, the hepatopathy therapy apparatus and so on. During the time of SARS, we developed the “the quick-sampling, quantitative-analysis and evaluation system for special virus (e.g. SARS) in public spaces” (supported by the national project under the grant No.KS200203).
