大曹(DAISO)株式会社设立于1915年,当时称为“大阪曹达”,在日本第一家采用当时最先进水银法技术开始制造氢氧化钠的企业。此后,在技术开发过程中积累了各种化学及生物技术和知识以及专业技能。这无论是过去还是将来,都是本公司创出高附加价值产品的宝贵财产。
目前本公司向世界各地广大用户提供从创业时就开始生产的许多基础化工产品系列和现在的环氧氯丙烷橡胶、DAP树脂、氯化聚乙烯等功能性化工产品,深得好评。另外,在医药、农药、化妆品、食品等广泛领域的科研中具有重要作用的硅胶、向全世界供货的医药品中间体的光活性物质(对称化合物)、以及从工业到小型民用用途广泛的贵金属氧化物电极等,大曹的产品,已成为各行各业中不可缺少的素材。
此外,从采用水银法生产氢氧化钠的生产技术开发以来,本公司重视环保的意识一脉相传,不断得到继承和光大,对废弃荧光灯管的循环利用事业等的改进环保技术和工程技术就是其具体体现。

Our predecessor organization, Osaka Soda, began manufacturing caustic soda in 1915. Since then, we have built up a wealth of technological and development expertise in chemicals and biotechnology. These are irreplaceable assets that we use to produce high-valueadded products for today and tomorrow.
Since our establishment, we have been dealing with many base chemical product lines and functional chemical products. These products, including epichlorohydrin rubber, DAP resin, and chlorinated polyethylene, are indispensable to many industries.
Silica gel, produced using inorganic synthesis technology, is crucial to research in a wide range of fields, including medicines and agricultural chemicals, cosmetics, and food products. We also provide optically active materials, made using of microorganisms and pure
chemical technologies, to industries worldwide, which are used as indispensable raw materials for pharmaceuticals and highly-pure pharmaceutical intermediates.
Our long-life, precious noble metal oxide electrodes are widely used around the world for industrial electrodes for salt water electrolysis, plating, copper foil manufacturing, and small electrodes for consumer electronics.
Ever since DAISO began manufacturing caustic soda using the mercury method, we have constantly taken the environment into consideration. DAISO has been putting this philosophy into action in the form of environment improvement technology and engineering technology used
in our fluorescent lamp recycling operations.
In the near future, we are looking to form alliances and expand and strengthen our international operations using our technologies and know-how. We are also working to ensure that our company operations contribute to a better environment and to improved safety and comfort for now and future generations.
The coming months will bring a number of new challenges but I am firmly convinced that together we can tackle them successfully.
